Registration Details for iSES-2023
- All the registration fees are inclusive of 18% GST.
- Each of the Regular/Short/SRF/RDS papers and Posters for the technical program needs to be registered at the respective registration rate as described in Table: I.
- At least one of the authors must register before 15th November 2023 and present the paper at the symposium for inclusion in the proceedings as per the IEEE regulations.
- Any registration after 15th November, 2023 will be subject to “On-the-Spot Registration Charges.”
- All the charges related to the transection of registration fees for foreign authors/delegates will have to be borne by themselves. The net registration fees as per the table:I and II must be deposited to the organizer’s account.

- iSES-2023 invites all authors and all other interested to attend the Pre-symposium Tutorials, , Keynote addresses, Plenary talks and Symposium sessions. It would provide opportunity to grow network with international peers and attend 100+ high-quality presentations in 4 days.
- The other authors and non-author delegates are required to register at the Delegate rates as shown in Table: II

Additional Registration Information
- Regular Registration Fees include a conference kit, breakfast, high tea, lunch, dinner on 19th December, and local sight-seeing.
- It does not include any other expenses like stay, travel, local transport etc.
- Indian Student registration in Basic category includes breakfast, high tea, and lunch only.
- The Pre-symposium Tutorials will be free for all categories of registration. However, candidates interested only in the tutorials have to pay a nominal fee as given in Table: III.
